Terms and conditions

The whole conversation is done via e-mail.
The work can start once the whole paiement has been received.
The work is done in 2 distinct steps : the sketch step and the color step.
Each step is sent for approval, and is allowed 1 revision. So 1 revision once the sketch is done and 1 once the color is done.

Paiement must be made upfront any work.
I accept paiement via Paypal and bank transfert.
Full refund is possible, only if the work is not started yet. Full and partial refund will operate as the following:
- 100% of the initial paiement if no work has been done.
- 75% if the sketch have been started.
- 50% if the sketch is already finished.
- 25% if the sketch is finished and the color step is started.
If you opted for a printed version of your commission, refund is possible until the color step is approved, after that, you can not longer ask for a refund and the printed illustration will be sent.

Once the illustration is approved, you’ll receive a high-res PNG file. I can also prepare the file for printing or send it to you in the format you like the best.
The physical version of the commission is printed on a lovely textured paper, similar to watercolor paper. Quote will be made depending on the size of the print and the location is it to be sent to.

Commissioned illustrations are for personal use only. They cannot be used for any commercial purpose.
Commissioned illustrations cannot be modified in any circumstances and cannot be used to train any learning models or AI.

Commissioning me for an illustration implies full acceptance of these terms.
